G\u00e8dre-Gavarnie quiet village house, 55m2, 3 bedrooms, 4 people. Fenced garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Cirque de Gavarnie is part of the “Pyrenees – Mont Perdu” complex classified by UNESCO in 1997. It is one of the few sites in the world to have the double classification (natural and cultural).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Layout of this modest cottage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the ground floor: Veranda with reading corner and dining table. Living room (ceiling height 1m90) with kitchen and lounge, TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terrace with garden furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms : a first one with a double bed 160x190cm ; a second with a 140x190cm double bed and a third bedroom with a 80×190 single bed and a large balcony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bathroom with shower and toilet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located at 1000m altitude, in the center of the village with grocery store, restaurants, bar, climbing wall (tourist office-Millaris), post office, ice rink (opening dates to be checked), city stadium, outdoor pool (mid July-August), all within walking distance from your holiday home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

House parking 30 meters away. Large village parking 100m away. Parking with electric vehicle charging stations 150m away. Bus stop (liO line 965 Gavarnie-Lourdes) 100m away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the municipality of Gavarnie-G\u00e8dre you will find the unparalleled Cirque de Gavarnie, a major visitors site. The Cirque de Troumouse, the Saugu\u00e9 plateau, the Cirque  Estaub\u00e9 and its Gloriettes lake, the H\u00e9as chapel, the Pragn\u00e8res hydroelectric plant, the G\u00e8dre-Dessus mills, the Gavarnie ski resort, the Tentes pass with its panoramic parking at +2200m, the Br\u00e8che de Roland… and countless hikes. In short, 7 valleys in one municipality, nothing but wonders of nature and a serenity of another time… Many hikes starting from the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyclists will find their happiness with mythical Tour de France mountain passes such as Tourmalet, Aubisque, and Hautacam nearby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This modest cottage can accommodate 4 people. The garden is fenced and adjoins other gardens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Household linen (sheets, towels, and tea towels) not provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rental from May 1st to September 30th. Possible from October to April on request with additional electric heating costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rental rates : \u20ac 79 per night from May 1st to July 4th and from August 29th to September 30th. Minimum 2 nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peak season rates: \u20ac 98 per night from July 6th to August 29th. Minimum 4 nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Week of 09th of July in 2026 : 149\u20ac\/night min 3 nights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
